Moo Baan Modern Ranch Home: San Na Meng, Doi Saket
This home was designed and built by Doi Saket Properties for our customers C&M. They chose a nice plot of land in a neighborhood offering a quiet and secure location; the property was designed to take full advantage of the shape of the land and the khlong at the back border. The house has a nice open-plan living and dining area, a main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a guest bedroom, office, bathroom, and rear covered terrace. Along with the carport outside is a laundry area (with a fun dog washing station!) and water system storage shed. This was a fun project for great customers and we trust they will enjoy their new home for many years to come.
Chill “Resort-Style” Home: Choeng Doi, Doi Saket
Our customers M&D purchased a rather overgrown plot of land with an existing house and carport. They saw its potential and together we turned it into this amazing property. We lightly renovated the existing house and then built the big house with huge covered terrace, the swimming pool with jacuzzi area, and the covered patio with outdoor kitchen/bbq. We really enjoyed personalizing the home with lots of custom touches like cool murals, sandwash art, stone tiling, custom teak doors and kitchen cabinets, and more. It was a fun project for a great couple; we wish them many happy years in their awesome home!
Extended Family Twin Country Homes: Luang Nuea, Doi Saket
These “twin” homes were designed and built by Doi Saket Properties. We worked in collaboration with our customers to meet the needs for their extended family for a functional and modern design that wouldn’t break the budget. Each home (built in “mirror image”) comprises good sized open-plan living and dining areas open to the kitchens, two bedrooms with big closets, two bathrooms, laundry/utility rooms, and rear covered terraces. We worked with Siamkit Super who did a great job on all the real wood doors and other wood details. Outside, we built two big carports and garden storage sheds the complement the big driveway area and pretty garden areas at the front and rear. This was a really fun project and we so enjoyed collaborating with our customers, T, S & L. We wish you many years of comfort and fun times in your new homes.
Lanna Lake House: Luang Nuea, Doi Saket
This beautiful home was designed and built by Doi Saket Properties. Its floor plan and aspects take into the account the stunning lake and mountain views afforded by the plot of land and its surroundings. We worked closely with our customers K&S on all aspects of the project from exterior details to interior design. The home has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a guest bathroom, a “Buddha room”, a massive covered terrace with outdoor Thai-style kitchen, covered porch, and car port for 2+ cars. We are honored to have worked with these customers on their “lifetime home” and wish them many years of relaxation and fun in their new home.
Baan Suan Mae Kuang: Luang Nuea, Doi Saket
This gorgeous home was designed by our clients J&E who chose Doi Saket Properties to make their dreams a reality. The home is centered around a cool indoor garden and has an expansive outdoor living and swimming area overlooking the small pond in front. The home has three large bedrooms along with spacious en-suite bathrooms, a hobby room, an office, and wide open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. High-quality real wood doors, windows, and floors were custom made and installed by Thaweephan Wood Company.
The Serene Home: Luang Nuea, Doi Saket
This beautiful home was designed by award winning Anghin Architecture and was showcased in a feature article in the June 2019 issue of Thailand Better Homes and Gardens (Baan Lae Suan). Built to surpass international standards, this incredible 620 square meter home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half-baths, and a custom Kitchenette© kitchen. Designed to be energy efficient and benefit from natural light and airflow in every room, this private home sits on 7 rai (2.8 US acres / 11,331 sq meters) with many mature trees, an elegant driveway with remote controlled double gate entrance, a small lake with aeration system, and lovely views.
The Modern Smart Home: Choeng Doi, Doi Saket
This gorgeous modern home has unique, highly upgraded features and finishes. Pulling into the driveway through the custom designed curved motorized gate you’ll find a large carport for 2 cars and storage building. Continuing on you’ll find the large main house which wraps around a lovely courtyard and eye-catching pool that features imported Sumatran natural stone tiling, a mood lighting system, and an amazing waterfall. Inside there are 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large office, gym (or 4th bedroom) and various living areas, all constructed with only the highest quality materials and finishes. This home was conceived and built with entertaining in mind and has been built to the highest quality with its unique design to enjoy 5 star living in a peaceful and private setting.
The Rice Paddy Home: Pa Pong, Doi Saket
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was conceived and built to take advantage of the incredible rice paddy and mountain views at the back of the property. Designed by the gardening-loving owners to be highly functional inside and outside, beyond its spacious interior there is loads of outdoor space for relaxing on the covered terraces and/or working in the garden, large 2-car carport, and detached storage / water tank building. The home has several eco-friendly touches including the roof-mounted solar power panels and system. We’re so happy to have worked with these owners on this project and wish them many happy years in their great home!
